Stephen Bacon is a licensed investment advisor representative, providing comprehensive financial plans to help achieve his clients’ financial goals. His licenses include Series 24, Series 6, Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63. He also holds various insurance licenses including Life, Variable Life and Accident and Health. Stephen is certified to sell long-term care insurance approved by the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care. Steve graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Steve resides in West Hartford, CT, with his wife Janet.

Michael Bacon is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative at PBI Financial. His licenses include Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and also the CT Life, Health, Accident, Variable Life and Variable Annuity insurance license. Prior to this, Michael graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management. With his free time, Michael enjoys fishing, golfing and watching the Boston Celtics. He currently resides in West Hartford.

David Gendreau is a licensed investment advisor representative. His licenses include Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63. He also holds various insurance licenses including Life, Variable Life and Accident and Health. David is certified to sell long-term care insurance approved by the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care. David graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. David resides with his wife, Mary Alice in Lebanon, CT and is very active in his local church, St. Columba Church.

Jason Gutcheon is a licensed investment advisor representative. His licenses include Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63. He also holds various insurance licenses including Life, Variable Life and Accident and Health. Jason spent 6 years as an Associate in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers in New York City. Jason graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance. Jason currently sits on the Board of Junior Achievement and the Greater Hartford Arts Council. Jason enjoys golf, fly fishing and spending quality time with his daughter. Jason resides in West Hartford, CT.

Jim Gentile graduated from The University of Connecticut in 1983 and immediately started a career as a professional golfer. After nearly three years of competing on multiple golf tours throughout the country he ended his pursuit of becoming a PGA Tour professional. Jim started his working career with Tullet & Tokyo on their foreign exchange desk in New York City. He also worked for Dean Witter, E.F. Hutton and Advest. Jim is currently a licensed employee benefits broker, property casualty broker, and a Series 6 & 63 registered representative. Jim also owns LaSalle Insurance Specialists. LaSalle is a unique proprietary agency (across the hall from PBI) designed specifically to serve the professional liability and financial planning needs of over 600 oral surgeon practices in the tri state area.

Susan Seguro first joined PBI in 2020. She has worked in Accounting and Finance for many years, and has always had a love for it. Besides a background in accounting and finance Sue also has a background in Real Estate. She enjoys speaking to all of PBI’s clients and assisting them with their financial needs. Sue is also a Connecticut Notary Public, should any clients need anything notarized. Sue resides with her husband and they have a son and two daughters. She is fluent in Portuguese, enjoys spending time with her children and loves the beach.

Michelle Melendez-Aniello has been with Stephen Bacon since February of 2001 working as his assistant. She has a background in Banking, Insurance and Investments. She gets a real sense of satisfaction from knowing that she has helped a client with their investment account(s). Michelle is a State of Connecticut Notary Public. She resides in Farmington with her Husband, Gaetano and their daughter and son. Michelle Enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, such as Soccer and Flag Football and reading a good book. She is also fluent in Spanish.
